Precision out of a 16” barrel translates to an excellent general-purpose rifle. 416R stainless steel allows the upper to be more accurate than your average barrel. The lightweight M-LOK handguard makes for a modular surface to mount accessories. Good velocity, accuracy, weight and modularity equivalates to a high-performance upper receiver group that can deliver accuracy at distance.

Each part in the bolt carrier group is gauged for 100% confidence in functionality. The headspace between the bolt and the barrel is measured for the tightest precision possible. Sprinco enhanced extractor and ejector springs for extreme durability. Each upper is assembled with the uppermost craftsmanship.

UPPER RECEIVER: Mil-Spec forged 7075 T6 aluminum. Upper will come lapped for a perfect fitment with the barrel.

BOLT CARRIER GROUP: Phosphate finish and chrome lined bore. Sprinco enhanced 5 coil extractor spring. Sprinco enhanced ejector spring.

HANDGUARD: Midwest Industries M-LOK Combat Rail 15”. Handguard screws will be treated with medium strength thread locker and will be witnessed marked.

BARREL INFORMATION: 16” Rosco 223 Wylde government profile with mid-length gas. Thread pattern ½ x 28.

GAS BLOCK: Low profile gas block. Set screws come with high temperature thread locker and will be witnessed marked.

Five rounds of SAAMI specification ammunition will be test fired. Proceeding the test fire, headspace will be measured to confirm the barrel and bolt are within correct specifications.

The Rosco 12.5” K9 barrel blends the lines between ultimate precision and a short lightweight maneuverable carbine. The operation of the patrol length gas system gives this carbine the lightest recoil possible out of a 12.5” barrel. The barrel is made from 416R stainless steel that produces excellent accuracy. A nitride finish hardens the barrel for good service life. The medium taper profile provides good barrel harmonics along with strength where it is needed most. 5.56 performs well out of a 11.5” barrel. This carbine makes for a small package that is easy to maneuver. It has a few small benefits over the 10.5”. Such as increased dwell time and a little less recoil. The extra inch really makes a difference. The 11.5” is a great choice for a do it all short carbine.

A .30 projectile with an intermediate sized case. Combine that with the modularity of grain weights from 110 grain all the way to 220 grain. 300 Blackout is one of the best calibers for Close Quarters Combat (CQB) or self-defense.
